Disbar MPs if imprisoned or given a suspended sentence and hold a by-election.
Why should convicted criminals make our laws?
MPs cannot represent their constituents if they are in prison. Prisoners have no voting rights in any elections - why should an imprisoned MP hold a seat in Parliament?
