Delay to Brexit past 29th March has been extra-statutory and invalid. We're out.
Enacted legislation received Royal assent in 2017 to leave the EU, on 29th March 2019. Parliament preferred before that date that Brexit should be delayed and Mrs May agreed the same with EU. Both mechanisms for delay are extra-statutory. By law we have left the EU already. Votes since are invalid.
Parliament should know its own rules and live by them.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
There are already petitions about leaving the EU, which you might like to sign. You are more likely to get action on an issue if you sign and share a single petition.
