Change the "Part-Night Lighting Scheme" in Hampshire and reverse the decision.
A decision was made in Hampshire to turn off street lighting in smaller class roads to save an estimated £230,000 a year, a pitiful amount at the risk of health and safety.
In deprived areas such as Leigh Park and surrounding areas, where crime rates are higher, its an impossible way to prevent crime and an impossible way should a crime or accident happen for any plausible witnesses to come forward.
