Stop MPs from sleeping and using mobile phones in Parliament
When viewing parliamentary debates on TV. They show the whole lobby, where on many occasions, MPs are either sleeping, not paying attention or are using their mobile phones when discussions are taking place.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition asking for the rules of the House of Commons to be changed, to provide for a specific penalty for sleeping in the Chamber, if that's what you would like to happen.
