All UK ballot papers to have "none of the above" as a tick box option
There are plenty of people in the UK who abstain from voting because they do not agree with the choices given on ballot papers. Currently there is no way for these people to express their wishes.
Everyone entitled to vote should have the ability to express their opinion.
