Additional Information

Please will the government ensure that disabled people who loose their day centre through cuts to the care budget have their right to a Direct Payment to buy their own service offered straight away without being told they have to wait and see what the cost of local community based services will be. After all the government want's Direct Payments to be used across the country by 2013.
