A Law To Make Local Councils Feed The Wild Birds in Winter
All local councils should br required by law to put out bird tables and feeders for our wildlife during the winter when ice and snow are on the ground and keep them topped up daily. The wildlife is our concern just as are people, if we don't look after the wildlife - we don't deserve to have any.
All parks and green open spaces should have feeders and bird tables.
