Consequential Loss Legislation
Is it not time that consequential loss legislation is enacted to avoid the current situation whereby traders can sell faulty products and have no responsibility for any costs incurred in taking the goods back or incurred in correcting any damage caused by the products. Such legislation should assist british business in pushing for far better customer service than is currently provided by many large businesses.
