Rule Out Remaining within the EU
On 23rd June 2016 Great Britain took part in a referendum which asked if we wanted to remain a member of the European Union or Leave the European Union.
17.4 million people voted to leave and were the majority in that referendum.
406 constituencies voted to leave V’s 242 voting to remain.
The remain campaign made it very clear what remaining within the EU would mean. Every household within the UK received the leaflet.
The British people voted against remaining within the EU.
There should be no debate about remaining within the EU, since the British people knew what it meant and rejected it. There should be a law passed to ensure that Remaining within the EU is ruled out & any further referendum should only concern choices about which option to leave the EU should be adopted.
