Force the DWP to stop using inefficient telephone call centres
Phoning up the DWP is an expensive waste of time.
Please carry out a survey or Audit of how beneficial to service users they believe the DWP telephone numbers system really is.
Reward DWP staff who help customers, But at the same time punish staff who just pass people on to yet another unhelpful phone number.
Tell staff in the DWP to shape up or ship out
