stop the decision to punish the soldiers firing wax bullets at a mp

That its going way way over the top over a harmless joke and to stop punishing these brave soldiers who are serving in difficult regions of the world to keep us safe and to stand by our armed forces than having a silly witch hunt
How can these be punished when you can go to the shops and buy items showing a said mp.face on a dog toy and other items perfectly legitimately its harmless fun and these men should Not be punished in any way
Should the makers of spitting image be put in jail too?
