Government Policy can be changed with a majority vote by all MP's in that Party
Any official policy chosen by a prime minister can be voted down by a vote of all MPs in that ruling party. If 51 percent or more of MPs vote against the policy - the policy must be immediately stopped and a new alternative policy voted on by all MPs in that party.
Alternative Policies will be chosen from ranked votes - the policy with the most votes will become new government policy.
Only MPs within the ruling Party are allowed to vote both to stop a policy but also to select an alternative policy that will become the new government policy.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because it would be for political parties to establish such a system as part of their own policy making processes, not the UK Government or Parliament as a whole.
