unemployed to sign on daily

Additional Information

Basically what it says on the tin. Those on job seekers allowance should have to attend the jobcentre daily, at 8am. Finger print scanners or face recognition could be used to automate this process therefore eliminating the need for additional staff. This would make being unemployed hard work and therefore less attractive.
