Scientifically based reevalution of Britain's drug laws
Following the 2010 scandal over the labour governments treatment of advice from the Advisory Council of the Misuse of Drugs, the sacking of professor David Nutt, and the recent petition to the UN from the Global Commission on Drugs Policy I call the government to have a full and frank, scientific commission examine the drug laws of the United Kingdom free from tabloid hyperbole.
Following the proposed commission I call the government to adjust our outdated drug laws to within the commissions guidelines.
This IS NOT a petition to legalise one, or indeed any recreational drugs, but rather for the government to take heed to scientific advice.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
