Results from the Wakefield Council area show 66.3 per cent of people who voted opted to leave the European Union, compared to 33.6 per cent who wanted to stay in.Mary Creagh has gone against the wishes of her consistences many times and a no confidence local election should be brought in asap

As the British parliament prepares to vote for Brexit, Labour MP Mary Creagh tells DW why she will vote against triggering Article 50 and rebel against Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn who has advised MPs to support Brexit
“I can no more vote for this Bill than I can vote against my conscience. I cannot vote for it because it is against my values, and I can no more vote for it than I can vote against my own DNA.”
