Better NHS support for transgender people.
Its quite ridiculous that a transgender person must wait up to a year for an initial appointment to see a psychiatrist. There seem to be only about 8 centres in the country where they are based. They are also very oversubscribed (one has 200 patients nearly and 1 part time psychiatrist)
Also the five year wait for surgure on the NHS is too long and should be brought down to a reasonable timescale.
