Rename 'Minimum Wage' to 'Poverty Pay' to encourage employers to pay above PP.
For years, employers have bragged about paying minimum wage, as if it is something to be proud of, when in fact they should pay significantly more. Renaming the practice to 'Poverty Pay' will encourage them to pay above this level, so as not to be associated with the continued promotion of poverty.
