Animal Cruelty Offender Register
For known animal abusers to be put on an Animal Abuse Register which will name and shame offenders. It should be transparent, in order to help stop animal cruelty.
I cannot understand why there is no register for people who inflict cruelty and abuse animals. As a nation of animal lovers I feel sure that this would be welcomed.
