Entitled to take additional paid leave instead of maternity leave.
Maternity leave enables time out to care for your new born child. some ladies are unable to have children, some choose not too. I want the right/option to cash in maternity leave to take additional paid time off if you fall in to the above catergory.
I know this will cause many different opinions on this topic. But please be open minded when you sign this petition.
There needs to be some strict guidelines around this, for example you have to sign up to this, which is registered so if you move jobs or company this is logged with the employment law/government that you have chosen this option other than maternity leave. What’s your thoughts?? Please sign if you agree.
