Existing VAT incorporates UK-Levy; clearly-identifying as-a-percentage & cash-amount on EVERY-TRANSACTION gives those-involved full-information.
Replacing Business-Rates with a Local-Sales-Tax; clearly-identifying as-a-percentage & cash-amount on EVERY-TRANSACTION gives those-involved full-information. Forcing local-authorities to work-with business [partnership] means income directly-related to-sales.
Fourth Sales-Tax replaces rent; forces landlord to work-with business [partnership] means income directly-related to-sales.
UK-Levy, business-rates & rent at Treasury-discretion reflect employment-costs such-that if a business employs staff wage-bill in whole-or-part reduces those-elements under UK-control.
Extra [redundant] staff only ‘affordable’ if business is ‘profitable’.
