Implement a UK wide diesel scrappage scheme to improve air quality
The government incentivised thousands of people to buy a diesel car due to CO2 targets but didn't explain the other harmful environmental impacts. It's time that government policy helps people take older diesels off the road. We need to improve air quality NOW for our children!
