Cancel ban for Virgin Trains from bidding for the West Coast franchise.
Virgin Trains have been offering a consistent high quality service to passengers since 1997 offering record investment and introduced the first tilting trains in the UK and offers one of the highest punctuality rates amongst other train operating companies.
