Ban airport pick-up and drop-off charges.
Airports are abusing their ability to control traffic flow to make charges for what should be freely provided. The charges are rising and consumers have no choice but to pay.
The charge for driving in and out of Heathrow Terminal 4 car park is now £4.20. This is the only way to be picked up. What justification is there for this charge? There seems to be no upper limit on this figure and no regulation to prevent it rising further. Market forces will not control it.
