Allow Genetic Modification to remove life threatening cells
Genetic Modification doesn't just mean the modification of people or animals to alter appearance. Genetic Modification can be used to remove life threatening cells and hereditary genes passed down from parent to child. Stephen Hawking said himself that Genetic Modification is the next step in evolution for the human race.
