parties to offer alternative candidates if brexit forces a general election
if a general election is called there is no facility for voters to change the attitude of parliament, we would just get a different mix of the same people to allow voters a real choice two candidates existing + a new should be put forward to allow a proper choice.
constituencies nationally voted 2:1 to leave this is not reflected in the house.
