Scrap VAT on electronic books to encourage less paper books

Additional Information

The Government claims to be green, but it still taxes electronic books while NOT taxing paper books. How is this meant to encourage us to reduce waste?

We beliive that eliminating VAT on e-books will encourage more people to use them, and encourage publishers to print less paper books.
