Stop abusers using the family courts to abuse their ex partners via harassment.
Stricter rules to be put in place, unnecessary interventions are to be thrown out.
Child safety and total loss of contact should be the only reasons to be addressed in court.
Misuse causes financial and economic abuse.
MASH teams state family courts cause irreparable damage to families.
Legal aid has been removed despite stamps paid towards its use.
People are being driven to bankruptcy for a defense, or face inequality of defence.
Magistrates ill equipped to understand abuse to both parents and child.
The children get damaged in this process.
It is a human right to live without abuse.

We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what changes you would like the UK Government and Parliament to stop abusers using the courts in this way.
You could start a new petition calling for a review of how the family courts operate if that is something you would like to see happen.
