U.K. government to apologise publicly for the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.
U.K. government to apologise on behalf of the [then] British Empire during 1919 for their role in the shooting of innocent men, women and children that lost their lives due to General Reginald Dyer‘s order to shoot to kill at Jallianwala Bagh in April 13th 1919.
