Free Julian Assange by stopping his extradition to the US
On the 11th April, Julian Assange, co-founder of Wikileaks, was arrested. He was arrested partly on behalf of US authorities under an extradition warrant. The US are keen to prosecute Assange over WikiLeaks' exposure of the government's murder of hundreds of civilians during the war in Afghanistan.
The UK now decides if they will extradite Assange to the US, where he will be subjected to an unfair trial. We cannot let this happen. Please sign.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This is a decision for the courts, which are independent of the UK Government and Parliament.
