Ban ALL single use plastics from society.
As a leading developed economy, we should also set an example and lead the way preserving our planet. Single use plastics have no place in society and recycling can never solve the whole problem. The government plans to ban straws, cotton buds and stirrers - great, but not even close to a solution!
The world is in crisis. Half hearted sticking plasters are kicking the ‘plastic bottle’ down the road. Our government should be taking bold decisions and making a real impact.
