Prevent the construction of a local housing development
The proposed site is a regular recreational area for families. If the proposed site is granted planning permission the crime rate will increase ,house prices will decrease, local services will be of a lower quality for existing residents and new residents shall cause further mass congestion.
2.33 page 12 on The Framework Travel Plan it states that "A new bus service is also being proposed to connect into the site".If this is to happen we may see a rise in council tax to pay for the bus service
2.30 Page 11 on The Framework Travel Plan incorrectly states that "In total these services provide on average eight buses per hour".This is false;evidence can be provided if requested.
Evidence of the proposed site being used for recreational activities can be provided if requested.
