It should be illegal to say you were raped then admit later that you weren't.
If say for example someone accused another person of rape and later says they lied that could ruin the accused life. They could lose their Job and significant other. So I think we should press charges to people who fake rape accusations.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you would like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Making a false allegation of a crime may already in some circumstances lead to a jail sentence - for example, if someone is found guilty of perverting the course of justice. In other cases, people who are accused of making false accusations may be prosecuted for wasting police time.
It is not clear to us how you would like the law to be changed.
