Make it compulsory to vote for anyone collecting benefits

Additional Information

Make it compulsory the any person who collects government benefits has to vote for all government elections, as they are in need the governments help the most.

One step further would be to place singing on booths in the benefits offices so that they are able to sign on and vote at the same time.
