To launch a website where all car fines / charges can be seen before escalating.
Sometimes driving through congestion zones and other toll roads you might not remember gets you trapped to either needless pay just incase or get a ridiculous fines. Also a collection of pcns so you can have them all in one place organised. And pay before it goes further. This stops fine abusing.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because many of the charges you refer to are not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament. Congestion zones, for example, are operated by local transport authorities, car parking charges may be served by local councils or by private companies.
You could start a new petition calling for only the Government to have the power the levy charges on motorists if that is something you would like to see happen.
