Stop access to public-funded benefits to those who have never paid UK taxes
People, who have never paid into UK tax system and national Insurance should not be given access to Legal Aid
Shamima Begum is one of these examples, she should not be allowed any access to any public funds as she has never paid taxes and is not a UK reside
