Population Capacity
It is a given that there is a finite amount of space on this island.
A proportion of that is given over to Forests, National Parks and other Protected Areas.
We need some space for Transport and Communications.
We need sufficient space to grow a sensible proportion of our own food.
Knowing therefore the increase in the size and density of towns and cities since the end of the Second World War, is there a projected Maximum Supportable Population and when are we likely to reach that number.
A debate is probably justified.
