mandatory and minium custodial sentences and judges to be reviewed on procedures
Life means life, if it means twenty five years they serve twenty five years.
Judges seem to make there own rules, this could lead to favouritisem, and who can judge them.
we should have mandatory sentences for rape, burgarly, mugging, murder, man slaughter, or is this to simple, we know some events can effect circumstances, but to leave this to a judges descretion is a failure in justice.
