Banks Buy-Back their Debts instead of giving Bonuses

Additional Information

As the Banks are making hugh profits enabling them to pay large bonuses they should pay back the Government (ie the taxpayer). Buy back the shares at the price that was payed by the Government at the time of the bail-out plus interest
