Remove the right to Legal Aid by known terrorists and terrorist supporters
The availability of and right of access to Legal Aid by individuals linked to terrorist organizations or supportive of terrorism against the UK or its citizens should be removed. Legal Aid should only be available to British citizens.
Recent agreement to provide Legal Aid to a known ISIS member to fight British citizenship removal. A process which will cost the British taxpayer huge sums of money
