Petition Details

It should be mandoratory that all health professional have a duty of care to their patients or clients and should be involved in supporting their patient or client with any information to their health issues and supplying that information to the people concerned as asked by the Patient.

Additional Information

Currently the ESA and PIP form ask you to send in any supporting information from Health Professionals who can support your claim about your health issues. The ESA and PIP form say it will contact your local GP and ask them for whatever information is needed.
The ESA and PIP accessors do not not always contact the health professionals who have access to your medical information in order to support your application. Please give your support by signing this petition.
