Ban bankers bonuses

Additional Information

The government should fully ban all bankers bonuses until we "The tax payer" no longer have money invested in them. They have caused this world wide recession and should be held accountable. The billions of pounds in bonuses should be paid back to the government to buy back shares which could then be reinvested back into helping us "The tax payer".
