Introduce Act of Parliament declaring Earth in Environmental State of Emergency.
Politicians have failed for decades to heed the scientific evidence relating to the impact of humans on climate change, population levels and our relatively recent modus operandi on our planet. Scientific evidence states that we address this emergency now, before we are in a state of catastrophe.
Please refer to Sir David Attenborough. Also the works and writings of amongst many others, Phil D. Jones, James E Hanson and Wallace S. Broecker
