make it compulsory for all MP's to attend every debate
MP's only turn up at debates that concern them but every issue deserves equal attention. an example of this negligence is the debate on "support for young people suffering with mental health" only had a small handful of MP's there and its disgraceful.

We can't accept your petition because this would be a decision for the individual MPs and not the UK Government or Parliament as a whole.
In any case, MPs would not be able to attend all debates, because some of them happen at the same time. Also, there's other parliamentary business going on in the House of Commons at the same time as debates in the main chamber and Westminster Hall, for example Select Committee meetings.
