Review Cycling laws in the UK.

Petition Details

Make it mandatory for cyclists to use a physically segregated cycle path where one is provided. Create a new law forcing cyclists over the age of 16 to have public liability insurance.
Force cyclists to display a unique registration number specific to the cyclist on the bike.
