Sort out the Global Climate Change Agreement

Tackling humankind's continuing over-emission of CO2 is impossible without a legally binding international agreement, due to the 'Tragedy of the Commons'. Yet every year climate change talks bring bluster but no action, accords but no agreement.

We, the undersigned, petition DECC to put diplomatic pressure on on the governments of those countries which are currently slowing down and watering-down the international talks and convince them of the urgency and imperativeness of this agreement.
