Bring back Compulsory National Service for 18-24 year olds.
To bring back compulsory National Service for 18-24 year olds. This may help to prevent furthur riots in the future which we saw this summer ( 2011). It will help bring discipline and respect, to the countryt and to people in authority status. For example the government and the police etc.
