PEOPLE RECEIVING BENEFITS SHOULD HAVE THEIR RECEIPTS CHECKED RANDOMLY

Additional Information

All those who receive benefits should keep receipts to the value of their benefits and randomly checked so the public know they are spending the tax payer money appropriately and not on cigarettes, alcohol and other luxuries. This would give jobs to people to check and also reduce payments to those who 'don't need it'
