Make businesses accountable for their work vans parking outside of working hours
Work vans litter our already congested streets, sometimes meaning households have their two cars and work vans parked outside. Businesses should be made, where appropriate by local council, to have their vans parked onsite outside of working hours.
Localised parking of work vans could also encourage localised criminal activity by being broken into for tooling etc. meaning that the local residents could also face higher insurance premiums.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because parking restrictions are the responsibility of local authorities and not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could raise your issue with a local councillor, who represents you.
