Cease betway from trading in the UK.
Betway encourages problem gambling. Its evidently given 900k to a problem gambler without conducting adequate checks. It's also knows to contact self excluded customers to force them to reopen. Also its hedges bets within the UK and doesn't pay tax according to this profit made on hedging.

Threats made to another customer if he closed account his partner would be notified.
