Petition Details

An increase of 2.7% in 2019, 1.8% 2018, 1.4% 2017, 1.3% 2016 and a £7K increase in 2015 for doing their job inadequately.
Bring academics into parliament to correct cherry-picked "facts", recommended topics, drugs, knife crime, NHS, pollution, women's rights, homelessness the list goes on...

Additional Information

You work for us, as elected members of a democracy. One definition of democracy is "the practice or principles of social equality". Most work hard for a pay rise showing leadership, initiative and generally work harder than previously done to do so among other outstanding actions... can anyone explain why this is repeated year on year after putting their interests first. You are not practicing social equality, to EARN a pay rise actionable targets must be stated and met, like any other job.
